Upstairs Unit

The upstairs unit includes the master Mountain Room and the Bird’s Nest on the main floor. During your trip to our rustic escape, you will most certainly take in the breathtaking mountain views and hear the chirps of nature! The loft includes 3 bedrooms:

Living Room

Spacious large couch for everyone to sit together and enjoy a nice fire!

Fireplace

Flow from the kitchen / dining room into the living room with cathedral ceilings – an open concept for everyone to congregate. Our lovely wood burning fireplace makes for a cozy, warm ambiance.

Office Nook

While you should be unplugged and enjoying the beautiful scenery, if you need to answer an email take a seat and utilize the high speed WiFi.

Kitchen & Dining Room

Fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, starter spices and more!

Coffee Bar

Equipped with Ninja coffee maker for brewing full pots of coffee or k-cups for individual brews. Stocked with a variety of sugars and alternatives, creamers, teas and more.

Bird’s Nest (Bedroom)

A cozy retreat with a queen bed, perfect for lovebirds.

Mountain Room (Bedroom)

Experience the tranquility of the mountains in this charming room featuring a comfortable queen bed.

Loft

Discover three inviting bedrooms nestled above the living room. Enjoy the unique vantage point overlooking the cabin’s main gathering space.

Fox Den (Bedroom)

The forest edges are prime for red fox habitats year round, which inspired our Fox Den. Room features two twin beds.

The Lily Pad (Bedroom)

In the warmer months, don’t be spooked by our hopping friends! The mountain run off makes for the perfect froggy haven, which inspired our Lily Pad. The room features two twin beds.

Bed safety rails are available upon request for little ones.

The Wolf’s Lair/Den (Bedroom)

Although wolves are rare in this part of NY, coywolves (a coyote / wolf hybrid) are said to roam the area. On late nights, we’ve heard the barks of these pack animals, giving us the inspiration for the lair.

Downstairs Unit

In the separate downstairs “gaming lounge,” you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms. It may come as no surprise that Hunter mountain is a hunter’s paradise.

Living Room

When you first walk into the gaming lounge, you are greeted by the dartboard wall, inclusive of nighttime mood lighting. The bedrooms are on the left, a full bathroom is in front of you and to the right is the living room / kitchenette combo. Cozy couches hug both the fireplace as well as the newly added infinity gaming table! Say goodbye to missing game board pieces and hello to endless digital board game fun for the whole family.

From familiar favorites like monopoly or battleships to new renditions of car racing and hockey and extending to entertainment for the little ones too, like coloring or hungry hippos. If you haven’t heard of the infinity table, learn more by scanning the QR code found on the table!

Downstairs Kitchenette

The accompanying kitchenette has a full refrigerator, sink and some essential appliances like a microwave, toaster oven, coffee keurig and mini ice machine. The newly installed live edge bar top with stools is perfect whether for breakfast or an evening cocktail and every meal in between. Alongside the bar, you’ll find a ring toss game and a magnetic tic-tac-toe you can take off the wall.

Deer Camp (Bedroom)

Experience the tranquility of nature in this log cabin room. Relax and unwind on the queen-size bed after a day of adventure.

Fishing Hole (Bedroom)

Escape to this cozy queen-bedded room, perfect for dreaming of your next fishing adventure. Don’t worry, no fish in this room!

Bear Cave (Bedroom)

Embrace the wilderness in this charming room with two twin beds. The perfect hideaway for young explorers. Enjoy a game of the classic Connect Four found right on the wall!

Downstairs Bathroom

Outdoors

If the inside doesn’t offer enough fun, get outside! We have a season game bin for fun like badminton, ring toss and more. You can sit on the hammock swings outside to relax and read a book, or throw on your gear to hike right from the backyard.  You can also share stories and memories in front of the beautiful fire pit! Follow the “into the woods” sign to get started, with a babbling creek only steps away. Be sure to read safety tips in our guide book before you go!
